Unlike the rest of the posters I really don't care if he got a little aggressive with a girl back when he was in high school and was a drunk at a party. If he didn't rape her or rough her up and she was able to push him off then that is the end of it. We all did stupid things in high schools , misinterpreted stuff. So long as none of the above happened, and the guy learned his lesson, which it appears he did I don't care .
I think stupid things you id before you were 21 while still in either high school or college should be given a pass, or else you are going to have real problems with anyone taking positions......don't for a minute think Democrats as a whole are immune to stupid stuff while still an adolescent

Say he did do this and it was investigated. Wouldn't these records be sealed as he was a minor?
I don't know the laws for each state, but it seems like this is all moot, if not complete hooey.

There is no record of this ever being reported because there was nothing to it. Cops back then would not have wasted their time with drunken teenagers getting too frisky with each other

I don't disagree at all. In fact I'll take it further. If Ford makes the accusations, then she is going to have t prove that it happened, that at least someone who was at that party aside from her , Kavanaugh and the other guy knew about this or at the very least was told in a reasonable amount of time.
Does she even remember whose home the party was happening?
