Mail in votes are the most corrupted form of voting. My personal opinion is that voting should be a four day event. Sat, Sun, Mon, and Tues. One MUST vote in person with a picture ID, no exceptions.

I know Florida statutes on election law pretty well, every vote cast is certified- i have no idea what he is talking about

so every vote is signed, sealed and notarized in front of a person who is authorized to do so? Every single one?

Of COURSE voting by mail (or internet) provides an avenue for voter fraud. I have not seen ANYONE argue otherwise.

That is not remotely the question.

The QUESTION is whether such a system would be a NET benefit, by allowing (1) more voting by legitimate voters (who would otherwise have no realistic opportunity to vote) than (2) illegitimate voting.

If anyone actually wants to engage in a reasoned discussion, THAT is the discussion.

so how are they certified? is there a notary that comes to your house when you fill out the ballot and checks your ID? how exactly is that done? I don't know I always go to the polling location and they always ask for my ID and give me a PIN to go cast my ballot.

Isn’t it a dem tactic to give stuff away to get people to vote, cigs, etc and bus people to polls- for one that is embarrassing

For mail in votes, can you send political operatives, home by home and help them fill in their ballots...put in mail etc, is that legal?

Also, how would you stop someone else from filling in the form, and just having them sign it.

Voting is supposed to be private and a personal responsibility. Making it so easy to vote that someone can just do it for you and you sign it sounds illegal and defeats the purpose of saying all votes are equal.

Not sure how that is remotely relevant, but I assume you think I would argue with you. Probably not. My 2A views are pretty broad.

Absolutely easier to vote fraudently by mail than in person. Itd be incredibly difficult to vote early and often enough in person to make a difference, despite the common sense idea that it happens on a huge scale, simply because of the logistics...however it'd be pretty easy, with some inside help from the post office, the impact an election through the mail for any group bent on doing so. Online voting will be even easier.

how dare you attempt to suppress the votes of thousands of Chinese and Russian voters who only want to support our Democratic process of voting by phone app.

Absentee voting is different than mail from primary residence voting.

But he is the Moran.
