America would work if our immigration was based on a merit system with a compatibility scale. What has been done since the 1960's changes in immigration policy is ideological idiocy.

What is the explanation for why native citizens would want "multiculturalism" and what are the benefits it provides?

From my perspective, there will always be one dominant culture that wins out and will seek to dominate that culture. The current zeitgeist in America seems to be pushing a very gay, neo-liberal, marxist global culture that despises the traditional American Christian heritage. But there is no way for both of these cultures to coexist with each other.

Throughout history, the VAST majority of large kingdoms and empires have been multi-ethnic and multi-cultural. The Achaemenid Persian Empire. The Macedonian Empire. The Roman Empire. Hell, the British Empire. The list goes on and on.

Sure, the culture of the people who founded each entity tended to be the "dominant" one, but very rarely did they attempt to destroy the cultures of the people that they ruled. As long as they paid their taxes, the "dominant" culture didn't really care what god(s) they worshipped or how they organized their daily lives.

I see you didn't read the article - and how the cultures of Africa from which they come are still ingrained into the black culture of today. Still, after 200+ years, they haven't washed it out of their cognitive skills and how they process their environment. You, my friend, are averse to reality.

Who are you arguing against?

1. Import foreigners with differebt cultures.
2. Tell white people they are stupid, worthless, and racist.
3. Corporations get cheap labor. Progressives get voters.
