Well their whole drought issue appears to have resolved itself, now they bitching about climate extremes.
Like I know California weather is known for being nice but you can’t choose the weather like you do your outfits.

Seems to me, if they could walk out there to write the message they could walk elsewhere?
Looks of it the snow is not deep where they were. Maybe a shovel and a few people could start making a dent.
Been in 3 feet before, we started shoveling the walkway, then a path, then started our way to the road.

Yeah, the drought is basically over. Again, it would've been great if we had more dams to capture this water.. But state leadership is what it is.
We now have warnings of a "hydrologic event" this upcoming weekend. The weather is warming up some (highs will be in the 40s) and that warmer rain is going to melt the snow which will cause floods. There isn't any winning right now. Freezing cold, with highs in the low 20s, and tons of snow.... Followed by warmer rain giving us floods. If will be especially bad in the areas just north of us where the Creek Fire did much of its damage.

There is a lot more than 3ft which would be an inconvenience. You don't go out in this with the temperatures and conditions what they are. Shelter in place and await rescue.

Did the entertainer Usher succumb while spelling out his name?

Why is there only one set of footprints
quote:
"Lord, You told me when I decided to follow You, You would walk and talk with me all the way. But I'm aware that during the most troublesome times of my life there is only one set of footprints. I just don't understand why, when I need You most, You leave me."
He whispered, "My precious child, I love you and will never leave you, never, ever, during your trials and testings. When you saw only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you."
