The Great Retail Wars continue...however, this one is particularly absurd since they just donated money to one of the 2 dominant political parties.

They donated to both parties.

I mean, I think In-N-Out is fine and all, but I do not understand why people give it this kind of praise. Do you think it's vastly superior to Five Guys and other places like that? I just don't see it.

For me, yes, In N Out is much better than Five Guys. I also think it’s better than Shake Shack.

I was excited when Shake Shack began popping up here around Atlanta after enjoying it a lot in nyc. However, I agree with other poster that said they have had difficulty maintaining quality with expansion.

In N Out remains my favorite fast burger.

Yeah, but the reaction is because of the donation to the one.

They also pay above minimum wage and offer competitive benefits to their fast food employees.

It's like they're nazis!

I'm not trying to be argumentative - I'm genuinely curious. Is it something you can articulate?

I enjoy Five Guys, don’t get me wrong. Solid burger and I love the fries. My issue is on too many occasions I have received a cold or lukewarm burger and I think the value isn’t there; it’s overpriced.

In N Out is a solid burger that has always hit the mark for me. Always good, always hot, for good value. I love the fries.

I go to Cali all the time (work for Apple). Always make sure I hit In N Out. Next trip I’ll hit it up twice.

Would be interesting to see the competition between them and CFA

Do they have the same high quality standards in regards to employees? Ive never had an in-n-out but the employees at chic-fil-a are top notch.

This worked REALLY well against Chick-fil-A.

Democrats never learn. It's kind of insane.

In-N-Out cooks your burger the way you asked for it to be cooked, and they do it fast, in a very clean restaurant. Their Fries are so so, until you have them animal style at which point they approach magnificence.

Texas has some In-N-Outs, but there are none in New Mexico and only in southern Arizona. Last time we drove out that way, we briefly debated driving about three hours extra just for some double doubles. But it was snowing and we had reservations at El Tovar for dinner that night. (Should have gone for In-N-Out, El Tovar has problems cooking at altitude.)

What an idiot Californian... Most big companies donate to both parties and is how you do business.

Walking my dog this morning in Texas and saw numerous driveways with California license plates and thought there goes the neighborhood ??

So if you disagree with my politics, I can attack your livelihood.

Say what you want about Trump and his rhetoric, but what the democrat party is actually fricking doing policy wise is really starting to get chilling.

That shouldn’t be a problem with you all. Because many of you supported Trump‘s suggesting to boycott the NFL.
