Hey there Rob, you’d actually be surprised. All the Californians Ive met here in Texas are die-hard conservatives.

For many of them, it was an escape from the confiscatory tax policy that brought them to Texas.

People are voting with their feet and leaving these jacked up states in the dust.

Open AI and Anthropic do their IPOs in the fall creating 1000s of new millionaires, I read an article where they are burning up the real estate lines in South Florida.......they aint spending not being taxed by that new found wealth.
