If people want to get technical about it. These stopped being protests when they started taking down tag numbers to be able to follow ICE around to their operations and became felonies, so now if you are armed, you are in possession of a firearm while committing a felony in which is another felony.

You seem to be ignoring that parts where i explain his words to you. Now, if you had posted that Patel should spell everything out that he says so that there is no way people can twist his words to attack him, then maybe i could sort of agree, but not really, since his words seem pretty clear, unless you are trying to spin them just to complain about something.

I am not trying to spin anything: Patel says you can’t bring a weapon to “any kind of protest…” The 2nd Amendment disagrees with that.

The only “spin” in this discussion are those who are incapable of grasping that point. End of discussion.

He could’ve worded that better. But you cannot bring a loaded gun with the intention of physically getting into an altercation with LE and expect not to be shot.

Pretti was possibly suicidal. He was recently divorced, recently quit his job, and recently joined a radical leftist group.

Curiously, you didn’t quote the last sentence. I believe you wear the red nose here, bozo.

For further clarification, I most certainly did quote the last sentence by Patel. My edit was to simply to clean up the quotation marks.

Yet I quoted both statements by Patel in the pre-edited post — with my subsequent comments — EXACTLY as the words appear above. I was able to retrieve a screenshot of the original because I had not yet closed out the “Jump To Post” window.

Clicking on the “Jump To Post” button took me to the original post as it appears in the screenshot above. Yet even after stating my point repeatedly above, multiple posters seem to be still ignoring my full statement:

“You don't have the right to break the law and incite violence.”

Correct.

“You cannot bring a firearm loaded with multiple magazines to any sort of protest that you want. It's that simple.”

frick this clown.

If Merrick Garland said this, there would be uproar on the right.

And rightly so,

Ca$h and Blondi have repeatedly clowned themselves.

And the longer those two bozos remain in office, the more it appears Trump has no problem with circus clown shows.

Mistakes were made.

I certainly wouldn’t argue against that.

Progressivism itself is a form of societal suicide.

Pretti was legally carrying in Minneapolis
He had a permit to carry in MN, but MN law says he must have ID and his permit on him to carry. Multiple sources confirmed he had neither, so he in fact was not legally carrying according to MN law.

I do not recall this caveat being part of the Second Amendment.

With that being said, just because you CAN, doesn't mean you SHOULD!

No one is defending him

Your only response will be a meme cause you know its true

Yeah, and it was a shitty choice of words. "Should not" would have been fine.

I seriously doubt he's talking about policy and he just spoke poorly, but he did speak poorly.
