Didn’t read all that but if they keep up with their new marketing campaign basically making fun of people for hanging out at the lake, playing sports, etc then they will keep declining a slow death

It is fascinating to watch the way you people seek out reasons to feel martyrdom.

That video is lighthearted, self-deprecating and fun.

Lighten up.

By staying out of it going forward, they are just confirming that the last controversial issue they got into was pro-trans.

You might be correct - IF these people still accepted A/B as one of them and therefore accepted this approach as being a lighthearted poking fun of themselves.
However, A/B has violated that relationship and are no longer permitted to make fun in this manner. They are now seen as outsiders ridiculing their former customer base.
Broken relationships have consequences.

It’s not repairable. It can’t be undone. Anything they do is a smoke blown up the consumer’s arse kind of insult.

Enough people are dumb enough that just changing from a blue to a white can and calling it Budweiser Light would do wonders for sales.

If only all Americans had your strong moral compass, this country would not be circling the bowl. Have an upvote!

Actually, what is fascinating is the amount of time and effort you spend on this board being a pompous contrarian.

American light lagers are fungible, and the one that any given drinker chooses is just a matter of habit. They lost their base market. it is not returning.

Usually, a boycott requires a degree of sacrifice on the part of the former consumer. Because there are so many other similar American lagers from which to choose, that sacrifice is very minimal in the case of the boycott of Bud Light. Beer drinkers have been perfectly happy to move on to another brand.

Besides that, the boycotters seem to truly be ENJOYING this boycott and they are LOVING sticking it to Bud Light, and Ms. Wokey McHorseface and her laughable master’s degree in business.

Beer that is not fruit-flavored tastes nasty to me, so I have two reasons to avoid Bud Light.

No. What’s actually fascinating is the number of people that still believe he’s being a contrarian instead of just accepting that he really is just as stupid as he repeatedly demonstrates he is.
