120% of all existing business loans to any non white farmer are being repaid. That's right...all loans completely paid off AND a 20% bonus to top it off.

Well...they get the reparations but I have believe that this will not change their farming practices to enable them to be profitable. More of the same as far as production and profits. Let’s see how much of this is put back into the farming operations.

I'm fine with giving money to farmers. That is a good investment. But not based on a farmer's race. That's just assanine.
