This is why I'm certain that the dem party is going to collapse and split in the next few years. They keep running weirdos who have no chance of winning outside of dark blue progressive districts.

The crazy thing about this particular kook is that I'd guess he's way left of key traditionally democrat-leaning groups. I don't know about texas, but where I live black and hispanic folks eat meat and are generally not down with the whole LGBT thing.

So this guy will probably cause dems to run off some voters they would have had otherwise, which will hurt them more in future elections.

These kooks win the primaries because a relatively small but committed percentage of their electorate is full-blown commie or at least socialist. But they don't understand that there aren't enough commies to win general elections.

At some point, either the AOC commie crowd will splinter off, or some more moderate group of dems that is tired of getting there butts kicked will break off and move closer to center.

Either way, they ain't winning much for the next decade or so.
