Seger is great...not touring anymore unfortunately.
Saw Joel 5 years ago and he still puts on a great show.

Yea I'm just speaking song vs song.
Seger just dominates them, but Springsteen was always bigger and to a degree Joel

Regenerative outrage never goes out of style.

Bruce Springsteen. How do you feel about him now?

I've never seen him.
Why would I go now?

Never been a big fan. I saw him back in 1999 in NOLA. Just one of those things so I could say I did it. Didn’t really enjoy it all that much, musically. His shows are tailored toward his diehard cult fans, not casuals.

Always thought his songs were arse and his voice sounds like shite

I never had any. He has songs I'll listen to but for the most part I've always hated his music.

The only song I liked was Glory Days. And since he released about 100 songs that's not a good battting average.

When he sings, he looks like he’s trying to strain out a rock hard shite after not going for 10 days. You just know he’s gonna bust a hemmorhoid.

I wouldn't have gone to see him before. Still won't now.
Not sure why he was ever so popular to begin with. Guy is mediocre-at-best both as a musician and singer.
Same can be said about so, so many musicians and entertainers that are "big" though. Without subscribing to the theory that they really do sell their souls to Satan in exchange for fame, it's basically impossible to explain said fame.
Springsteen, Jack White, Madonna, Dave Grohl, all reached the pinnacle somehow.

Is actually a very talented guy who puts on a great show w/ Foo Fighters. Personal life notwithstanding.

I am a Mellencamp fan and he is a socialist, I have never been a Springsteen fan and would normally put something else when his songs came on. I really didn't get how he grew so big.

If I was a Bruce fan sure. I don’t let politics dictate music or movies I like… I either like it or I don’t.

I saw him at the Assembly Center back in 78'. Great show. He should just sing and not talk.

Always was a douche.used America to become rich.

I never liked Bruce’s music. And I love classic rock. He just never appealed to me.

Agreed. The only other thing I've ever heard him in that I enjoy is Chinatown by Bleachers. He should just stick to being a backup vocalist for other artists.
