Did shooter shoot at 4:05PM. leave, walk one block North, up Hope St, and less than one block East, up a major thoroughfare - Waterman St, then circle back South to this same address? Doesn't seem likely that both people in question would stay in the neighborhood for 51 minutes, and hang out one-half block from the shooting site.

Thanks, Bobby. As for the MIT connection, I have seen speculation that the two people on the videos in Providence could have been looking for professor-victims.

The building where the shooting took place at 4:05PM, see timeline previous page. My assumption, sketch shows dashcam entering building at ??? PM, maybe later than 2:54PM

On further review (per Google earth), the driveway to 59 Manning Street is the exact location where one of the subjects seems to drop off the map - across from the Childcare Center on Waterman. See sketch previous page.

Interesting that that 2:53PM location before the shooting is the front door sides of 56 and 59 Manning, and where the shooter eventually disappeared after the shooting was at the driveway entry to 59 Manning, which is the back side of 59 Manning (on Waterman).
A schittload of stuff happening near these houses, including the police report of suspicious activity in that driveway 1 hr after the shooting.
