That photo haunted me after I first saw it. Curious as what had happened to the little girl, I reversed Imaged it to see if I could get a name/update. Which, led me to Snopes. Since there was another image with the same girl with 'unnatural' eyebrows, and a different puppy, I accept that it was an AI image.
