It is widely rumored, though not scientifically proven, that pineapple juice, when consumed in large quantities, alters the chemical makeup of male ejaculate. Thereby, making it more palatable to anyone who happens to receive a dose in their mouth. The insinuation of the meme being that the male(assumed), not only anticipates, but expects the female(assumed) to engage in oral sex a some point later in the date. The hope of the male(assumed) being that the more pleasing taste of the ejaculate would lead to additional future encounters of a similar nature due to the female’s(assumed) increased desire (or at least decreased aversion) to perform such acts.
