I've been wavering on trumps chances but I watched every second of that video and if that is who is running Biden's campaign then they learned nothing since 2016.
The press is starting to play hard ball with them and they have no answer at all.

The fact that he wouldn't simply say that Biden doesn't use a teleprompter for Q&A segments is extremely telling. I can see him saying it's a Trump campaign question but he could have scoffed at the absurdity of the question and then said that no he doesn't use a teleprompter.
