It's going to require conspiracy related charges and probably 50 co-Defendants. They have to create a conspiracy among 3 admins and dozens or people in/out of government over an 8-9 year period to get it to include both Brennan and the MAL Raid.

Brennan's lawyers actually cite the raid on MAL as the FBI got fooled (poor babies) and then they go on to justify J6, Crossfire Hurricane, Spygate, and so on and so forth as REASONING and JUSTIFICATION for raiding Trump's residence-MAL.

Brennan will most likely skate if history is followed. But by Brennan's lawyers citing all of Trump's crimes and J6 in the usual Brennan-- braggadocios way, but most especially--the MAL raid.... They SEEM to be biting off their nose despite their own dumb arrogant faces.
