Wealth is bringing in more than you spend dumb arse. It’s simple but you do not get it.
Not trade balance, goober. Do you know who benefits from more imports? Small business.
Do you know who benefits from tariffs? Massive corporations.
Wealth is created by companies and people, not government.

Your expectations are low because you have tds and a really fooked up frame of mind when it comes to economics. I got my degree in economics and I have say WOW on your opinions/thoughts. It’s insane.

I manage union guys. Theyr'e literally the worst workers I've ever come across.
If they had better problem solving skills, they could better themselves and get out of union work.
You spend all day, every day repeating the same bullshite lines and insults on a college football message board. I wouldn't respect my "boss" (which I highly doubt is the case) either.
In the same way I don't respect SFP or anything he has to say, no one that spends all their time here and treats it as their real life should be taken seriously.
It's clear posters like you two have no real life to have any real perspective. You both sell your souls and very much of your time (in a very short lifespan already) to spend most of your time in a pretend e-sports bar being contrarians for attention. That, to me, says you have no real life or real responsibilities and shouldn't be taken seriously by those that do.

This thread is fascinating.
The amount of idiots sticking their heads in the sand because they haven't taken an economy class in years isn't surprising.

Pretty much the same argument made by Obama,
Yet Obama was a tariff guy who was blasted on this board for doing it by some of the same people now supporting tariffs.

2019 was precovid when Trump begged the fed to help him get re-elected, as indicators dropped.

You braindead child. If I was pro Obama, I would love his tariffs.

Well, if he had used his policies for the good of the U.S., maybe he, too, could have increased manufacturing jobs.
As others have said, we seem to have survived this trade war this time.

His economy was excellent. Covid is what crashed everything. Not just here but worldwide. You know this but the tds has warped you.
