Scotus will give a narrow ruling in favor of Trump on this one. Which leaves the door open for future indictments of president of egregious behavior such as crimes against individuals like murder, rape, theft etc.

I don’t think they will. I think they have to grant absolute immunity for anything within his presidential duties or there will be anarchy

The only way I see the SCOTUS giving a President blanket immunity is if his actions are within the scope of his duties at POTUS.
Which will bring us to whether his alleged actions were in acting as POTUS. I think they were…but it’ll be distorted that they weren’t.
It’s not like he could just rob a liquor store and have immunity.
