Can’t be too bad, what with Biden having no qualms about letting Title 42 expire, and that’s that. Amirite? Until of course the inevitable political pushback from his own party reared its ugly head.

If this latest variant du jour is the planet-killer they've advertised all the others should've been, then keeping Title 42 in force should be a logical conclusion, and never up for debate.

Not familiar with the legal term “ripe” are you? What you are proposing isn’t how the legal system works. Perhaps check out Article III Section 2.

LA County’s Public Health Director just mandated masks on public transit and at airports citing current CDC guidance.
I bet the filth will attempt additional local mandates to gain traction while the challenge is underway
