He didn’t throw the dude off a building. He was just rude.
They don't always do such things. They'll interject on the way people dress. The "punishment" isn't the same because it's a Nation, obviously. But the mindset is the same.
quote:
We’ve all been rude before and learned from it.
MEEEE? Never.
quote:
A simple apology used to be enough. Now we must crush each other. Pitiful
Did he apologize? The kid didn't crush him. His own words/actions crushed him.

Was his crime of being rude worthy of his punishment of being fired.
I’m not calling you a leftist. Just to be clear.
But leftists claim to be against overly harsh punishment especially in the criminal justice system. Gov blackface still has his job in VA for example. His Lt gov still has his job.
I find the hypocrisy to be maddening.
Crime=rude
Punishment= ruin his life
That doesn’t add up on the scales of justice but those scales are slanted these days.

Not up to me. Not up to you. Up to the shareholders/Board he represents. It's their choice.

This has nothing to do with the CJS. Nothing. This is a private company acting within its rights to protect their brand.

Me too. But this isn't the government.

Crime=rude
No crime whatsoever.

Punishment= ruin his life
Who did that? Not the government. Are you suggesting the government should have a say in what private company's do in such situations? Surely not.

You're definitely conflating the consequences of free speech, which no one deprived him of, and justice. People get fired all of the time. Can we stop pretending it's some grave injustice that a replaceable CEO lost his job? It's not. It's common. People get fired for all manner of sins that could reflect negatively on their employer.

Many people are fine with cancel culture so long they're not in it's sights.
California voted down same sex marriage about a decade ago, now people are getting fired for airing opinions about dudes in dresses.
Give it 10 years and you'll be canceled for something retarded.

And if people they don't like are in its sights they openly cheer it.
I don't think it takes a genius to see that this is a bad path, but an awful lot of folks think it's just grand.

Also, don't shift blame. They may have done that but you're 100% ok with it. And it's because of groups of moonbats similar to you being so vocal and violent that people are altering their behavior.
Society will take some pushing, but it won't take it forever.

It's sad how some of you actually graduated college. Context? Me making y'all mad or not "fitting in" is my badge of honor. What makes you think I'm seeking ANY of your approval? Every last one of you that thinks it's okay to instigate situations with CHILDREN can eat a dick.
"Don't be mean to children"
"Melt"
fricking retards.
Dude, show us on the doll where you were touched... I hear you can go rent a room at UNC-A and punch air to get it all out...
This kind of melt really is not healthy...

You should add “Sometimes I like dudes in a dress” to the list.

"THIN" skin? Is there not common decency anymore?
Do you really not see how ironic and ridiculous this statement is coming from you? Go back and read one tenth of the stupid shite you've written in this thread. You are not commonly decent or any other kind of decent. You're a raging fricking crybaby that can't handle anyone disagreeing with your own self-described virtuous outlook on things. frick you.
