Bolton Still Butthurt, But..

He's been on MSNBC a lot lately. I watched some of his clips and he's clearly very butthurt about Trump.
But even Bolton wasn't willing to go all the way. He was asked if he thought Trump was selling secrets and Bolton basically poo poo'ed that idea and said "Trump doesn't have the attention span to think up such a plot."
When asked why Trump had the documents, Bolton speculated that Trump just thought they were "cool" but said he didn't know for sure what his motive was.
When asked if he (Bolton) was concerned about "nuclear" documents, Bolton said people need to "stop hyperventilating" because nuclear could mean some rather benign document that mentions some random thing about nuclear weapons. He said DoJ needs to hurry up and release more info to the public.
It sounds to me like even Bolton is skeptical Trump has some dangerous cache of nuclear documents. Bolton clearly has a personal beef with MAGA, but even he isn't willing to go into crazy MSNBC territory.

Accomplished quite a bit with GOPE, media, and democrats gaslighting and fighting him the whole way. Is he perfect? Hell no, but lack of attention is not one of them.

that's not personal. that's based on actually being nsa and how docs are actually declassified.
he could have speculated on nefarious reasons to keep it. Bolton instead went with a kind of emotional illness. "trump thought they are cool."

John Bolton has been saying Iran will have a nuke in a year since the early 1980's. He also was one of the architects of the Iraq War. Anything he says is inherently untrustworthy.
