I went to an antique market in Edinborough Scotland about 20 years ago. They had one of his books there titled - My Life As A Hooker. It was a bunch of funny stories about him golfing, celebrity golf, etc. Signed by him in big writing on the inside .. Bob Hope.
Have it in our study now. Paid 15 pounds for it… about $21 at the time.

I've always loved Bob Hope. During one of his Christmas shows in Vietnam, there was a North Vietnamese soldier that they shot in the trees while filming.

I loved Bob Hope.
Grew up watching his movies.
I have a great memory of taking my mom to see him entertain at the 1984 Worlds Fair in New Orleans. It was a fantastic show and a beautiful setting. It was an open air venue with the Mississippi River and boat traffic right behind.
He was all about USA
