If the tweet is true, why are so many black men locked up at high rates in cities with a decent sized Black population if their juror pools are biased?

It's a British study.

It looked sus and it is sus.

I'm not saying that black jurors aren't unbiased, just that any study using the term BME isn't USA.

It showed up as a graphic only.

That's sus.

Am I holding people accountable to bring good data? Hell yes.

Else the left will dismiss this and push back.

This thread has absolutely nothing to do with golf nor HBCUs, but anyway. Congratulations to University of Arkansas Pine Bluff Golf. “Historically Black Currently Not”? Lmfao.

Poor persecuted white men just can’t catch a break.

Now do white jurors.

It wouldn’t be ethical to actually study this in a way that would provide valid data.

We get it, you don’t like studies or statistics that cast your pets in a bad light.

Black people are the most racist race in the world. We already knew this. It's abundently apparent.

The study is not based on whether the accused was found guilty or not, it’s based upon how the different races voted based upon their race and the race of the accused.

Sorry it didn’t go your way.

it’s in the figure. white people in the UK were 7% less likely to convict a black than a white

the data would be valid. you just wouldn’t like it. ergo, it’s “unethical” to study

Maybe the sheer number of crimes committed by Black people.. And open and shut cases, meaning clear evidence they are guilty...

I figured this much.

What was the methodology? Did the researcher sequester with juries to see how each juror truly voted or was this data self-reported?

Sorry you don’t think critically.

How was it collected? Seems like it must have been self-reported to preserve the integrity of the jury.

what criticism of the methodology could you come up with to explain the near 50 point gap in outcome. particularly when the outcome of the study titled in the direction of your racial playthings, by both races involved in the study

Dude, you quoted my criticism of the methodology and you’re still asking what it is?
