Think of what that technology could do for us.

At what point does it stop being super deep dark secret tech and find its way into public knowledge?

If Elon Musk is just now sending rockets into space, which the gov has been doing for 60+ years, what's the upside to NOT revealing this to the world?

likely trillions of planets, ours is the only one that happened to form life?

nobody has said that

what we are saying is that no life-form from another planet could have gotten here - UNLESS we have no idea how the universe works.

I think there are areas where our knowledge is limited, but I cannot seen how there has been sufficient time for any kind of physical interaction between extra solar life forms.

Well we just learned to fly 100 years ago.

Imagine a civilization thats been flying for 10,000 years?
Its silly to think we know a lot about how the universe works. We havn't even explored all this planet yet

If there were aliens sending stuff here it wouldn’t be something as massive as that. It would likely be discrete or undetectable to humans.

How would you even know such a thing?

Afterall they would be smarter than us if they’re able to travel great distances to get here

Both things can be true at the same time. Maybe their interests don't even involve us.

The average US citizen has no idea the technological advances that Lockeed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and others have made in aviation over the last 20-30 years that keeps us ahead of our adversaries. I think we have capabilities now that would boggle the mind.
However, it is in our best interest that these advancements remain secret for obvious reasons.

Whether there's actual travelers from another solar system or they somehow arrived interdimensional/time travel, nothing about our tech would even concern them in the least.

Nothing.

For either to be the case, we might as well be cavemen.

UFO/UAP etc., are real.

Are they "ours", or "theirs's?

Or a combination of factors?

The answer changes everything.

I want some answers, for a change.

Humans are so overconfident in our technology and abilities. We are a pimple on the arse of the universe.

Sure didn’t help us out in Afghanistan or Iraq or in any other meaningful way.

Same

I'm not hitched to any particular explanation. I just want the facts regardless of where it leads.

There is no life anywhere other than Earth. If they are that advanced to find us, why do they not take over?

1. There's life, it's just we can't reach it. They found evidence of organisms on Mars at one point.

2. It's obviously too far to reach for anyone and not cost efficient. Maybe their planet is infinitely better and nobody needs our shithole Earth. Maybe they live there 300-500 years instead of us lasting only 75 years on average.

Many reasons not to invade earth or even come here.

How come 100% of UFO photos are grainy, dark, or lack clarity?

And this despite cameras being in everyone's hand and of good quality.

Because most phones are not meant to take photos of stuff far away. You need some serious glass for those kind of pictures.

But we've been getting reports like these since the 50s. Theres no way we had that kind of technology back then.

Not much has changed since the McMinnville UFO pics of 1950 either.

Weird, huh?

Follow up to the 29 Palms Story.
