Well, come on now. We can't all be Joe Bidens.

Even then, it wouldn't have changed anything by January 6 or 20. But, it would have helped send a signal that cheating won't be tolerated. I suspect even if he had agents investigate cheating, they would have just stalled or undermined him.
The election was never going to be overturned once you got more than a day or two past the election, but exposure (not only of election stuff, but the entire DOJ) could have paved the way for real reforms. Barr cares too much about the DC institutions to expose corruption, and that makes him part of the problem.

You familiar with the disputed election of 1876?
That one wasn’t decided for months after the election because both sides submitted opposing slates in a few particular states including Louisiana and claiming they won.
It was supposed to be hinging on a neutral arbiter as the swing vote on the commission in question but he got replaced.
Turned out the Dems tried to buy him off by electing him Senator from his home state. It backfired because he resigned his position to return home and accept it, meaning he was replaced by a Republican choice.

America is better with Trump’s policies. It’s no argument.

Did Barr address the current chaos/horror show?

As though what minimal acuity it takes to see through a fraud and read him via his initial statements, posture/body language, and actual "history" is somehow in woefully short supply.
Only in Captain Hedge's case, even the relatively new CVSA voice technology which detects lying or attempts at deception by measuring micro tremors in the lessening or diminution of the FM frequency in voice prints would've nailed him.
Might be beneficial to use such technology for everyone holding a public trust.
But little, if anything, was learned there.
Even more disappointing, after that soft slug Barr, the same level of blind, naive, juvenile, pollyanna trust was placed in Durham.
Somewhere we've gone wrong as a society.
