Have any Americans died during the Afghanistan withdrawal? I have not seen any reports yet but could have missed them.

I thought all the Superdome was literally urban legends.

Conditions were terrible, but the raping/murdering thing certainly was an urban myth.

Apples and Oranges comparison.

The debacle in Kabul is damaging our reputation on the world stage, Katrina didn't have that type of impact.

Katrina also didn't have the risk of terrorists publicly executing people in the streeets.

Kabul is the largest self-inflicted debacle in the nation's history.
your understanding is very small. The iraq war was far worse (unless you were an investor) and 911 was totally self-inflicted by our own people. bin laden is just a myth.

Katrina - Natural disaster with a failure by govt at all levels.

Was it? I'm not a Bush fan but Katrina was handled about like every other national disaster. Throw the bureaucracy at it, stuff happens, but slowly, lots of money gets wasted. Looked like par for the course to me.
