In being totally honest, he better off mentally than I thought him to be ducking questions pre election and calling wraps at 10:30 am, that said, that bar was VERY low....like a 20% on the cognitive scale. While I don’t believe him to be that low, 40-60% is still very troubling considering he wasn’t that intelligent to begin with.

It is NOT early onset. He is 78 and will be 82 by the end of his term.

It is normal dementia. Joe can live by himself, but can’t manage a McDonald’s.

I’m not convinced he could.

He is in stage 5. He has to ask his wife: "Where am I." He probably thinks he is a senator.

Early Onset Dementia
Dementia is a condition that we treat that revolves around a loss of memory and other cognitive abilities severe enough to impact daily life. Dementia is not a disease but rather refers to a set of symptoms. Dementia is related to Alzheimer’s and our protocol can help you with this.

You left out the part where the person is under 65 - hence the term "early onset".

I don’t call it a shame for what they are doing if he is fully on board with it. I think that when he does fade into full consciousness, he realizes that he’s been placed exactly where he’s always wanted to be and he is fine with all of this.

Joe knows that he would never be able to sit in the White House without having been installed. Because he’s tried two times already and failed miserably. Trust me, he’s fine with being used.

If he's above 50%, it ain't by much and that's on his best day.

65-70%. He will never give a State of Union address. He can't read a teleprompter for 90 minutes under the glare and heat of the lights. He can't think on his feet so Good Luck on ever having and off the cuff press conference.
The only thing we'll get are 10 minute teleprompter addresses from oval office. He'll mumble through those.
The real sad issue is he doesn't really comprehend what he is reading or signing.
It's Weekend at Bernie's and the press is just going along for the better good?

Something is definitely not right with the signal between Slo Joe's brain, eyes, and mouth. They're not in sync. Dang, Obama couldn't speak without a teleprompter, Slo Joe can't speak with a teleprompter. You can see it in his face, as he struggles to remember names, places, all the while trying to string together coherent sentences.

I’m going with Stage 5 on that. You can clearly tell the difference between him now and 6 months ago.

I don’t think he can. Would you trust him in his current state to run an oven without burning the house down? I sure as hell wouldn’t.

I would lean towards stage 5 as well. We only get to see orchestrated snippets, so the evidence isn’t completely clear.

I don’t think he’s capable of legal consent. If Joe Biden legally fricked something up, I think the case can be made that he can’t be sued but that you can sue his handlers for being irresponsible with a senile old man.
