He seems far less coherent than he was even a year ago when he was in the primaries. I'd suspected that they just started drugging him at some point during that, but maybe they just had him on uppers during that time, as well as the debates with Trump.

Yeah, he had those doll eyes in the debates. It's highly dangerous for someone his age and condition to be taking uppers. They constrict blood vessels and can cause a heart attack, stroke or maybe another aneurism.
