When a ballot is adjudicated, it can be changed.

When it is changed, you can print a new ballot to replace the original ballot - matching the changes you made.

Kicker: there is no log of the changes made or by whom the changes are made.

Final Jeopardy: can the ballots be adjudicated in batch? I believe the answer to be yes. Meaning hundreds of thousands of ballots could be manufactured with no change log, printed to replace the cast ballots and there would be way to track it.

First of all, this is old. There's nothing "breaking" here. This testimony is from 2020. Second, this isn't evidence of Biden stealing an election. There's no evidence at all. Vote tabulators made by Dominion are expensive, and are only used in states/counties that can afford them, or are only used in places where they will receive heavy use. Occam's Razor. Biden voters used those voting machines. Nothing sinister here.
