Incarceration for profit shouldn't be a thing. There are a huge number of people who shouldn't be there in the first place.

So are they releasing the criminals? This country is going to become a war zone with open boarders , prisoners being released , Antifa and slot of pissed of gun owners .

There definitely are people who belong in prison. The majority are ordinary people. The lower security prisons are like walking through a Walmart
