I think that’s exactly what’s going to happen. Barry looked like a fool the last time backing a loser. What remains of his legacy is hanging by tatters. Wage isn’t stagnant if you have a real degree or skill. Now you have to be willing to listen to offers and willing to change jobs but right now you can get 15% or more increase in salary
