Oil companies have zero incentive to invest in new projects with these arse clowns in charge.

What gets me is that they are so dumb as to think that if they tell someone they are gonna put someone out of business that those entities would not try to maximize profits until that happens. It is astonishing to me the complete shortsightedness of this entire administration.

It takes 7 years to produce and refine it. So basically, all new drilling will be shut down after 3 years.
