The Biden administration approved 34% more oil leases in it's first year than Trump. The Keystone Pipeline would only make a very small difference worldwide (1 %) and wasn't even due to be completed until 2023. Transportation and travel were down because of high fuel prices. If it's Biden's doing why are inflation and high gas prices up dramatically almost everywhere in the world? The only reason fuel was down under Trump was because of the pandemic. There was no demand. The economy was doing well in spite of the orange haired buffoon, not because of him!
