The only difference I can see is that Palin was actually popular with her base whereas I'm not sure Kamala is.

My point is the only crowds she is responsible for are at prisons. She certainly hasn’t drawn any as a candidate this cycle.

Palin was the only thing keeping McCain's campaign afloat. She may have made a terrible VP, but she definitely provided enthusiasm for a shitbag candidate.
