Here's a question:
Since there is no longer a federal "right" to abortion (to be clear, there never was as Dobbs noted), then isn't the basis for this law now void? As it is a state issue, can there be a federal criminal law related to it?

What if anti-oil environmental protesters were charged with this? Only takes one person in the long line of cars trying to access a clinic.
