Something everyone should know is that a bunch of this gear and weapons and ammo will find its way to terror groups and the cartels.
We will soon be (or already are) dealing with cartels at the border that have night vision and all sorts of stuff, in far greater quantities than before, courtesy of the black market flowing from Ukraine.
Javelins, AT-4, lots and lots of man portable systems that do serious damage from a distance. This is a real problem.
