Ben Shapiro floats ridiculous notion that Russia witch hunt is result of incompetence

I can't fathom the ignorance required to float this as a possibility given what we know the about the persons involved in this witch hunt and what those persons knew at the time they decided to engage in this witch hunt.

They show a clear and evident bias against Trump.
This was clearly driven by politics.
If this was simple incompetence, then the Clinton investigation would have ended very differently.

He’s been parroting this same point for a while. If it was a concerted effort by Strzok and company to bring Trump down, why didn’t they leak any information prior to the election? It makes sense on some level.

Incompetence suggests they just don't know how to do their jobs, giving them the benefit of the doubt that had they known how to do them they would've acted properly. BS
