Count all the wars and military aid and it's closer to 15T when you adjust for inflation. And I don't know how nutty he is compared to the likes of Mark Levin.

How many Israeli troops fought alongside us in Iraq and Afghanistan? Our greatest ally couldn't even muster any troops despite our $3.5 billion annual aid. What a great friend.
