The medica Examiner lost his license after this and he originally went to Florida because he lost his license previously in another state.

quote:

Curiosity also peaks when you learn medical examiner  Dr. Berkland's medical license in the state of  Missouri was revoked in 1998 as a result of him reporting false information regarding brain tissue samples in an 1996 autopsy report.

He moved to Florida in 1997 and in July 1996, Berkland was suspended from his position as Medical Examiner in the State of Florida.  Yet in  2001, he was issuing reports on Klausutis’ death that were questionable if not outright false.

He was then fired in 2003 for not completing autopsy reports.

Further the man was arrested in 2012, for storing human body parts in a Florida storage unit in containers  filled of formaldehyde and methyl alcohol.

Is that actually from the autopsy report?
No. Not word-for-word, but similar to the description in the book, Forensics Under Fire.

quote:

"A massive head injury that included a seven and a half inch fracture across the top of her skull, and an eggshell fracture inside her eye socket - scalp contusions on the back of her head, and a subdural hematoma on the left side of her head that caused it to break out of the left side of her skull.'

It had also been reported that the medical examiner's boss had contributed thousands of dollars to Scarborough's campaign.

It's actually the opposite of baseless...

It actually happened where Joe said "x"

Then, the family was baffled he said "x"

Now, there is a base of who should be questioned ^^^^^^^^^^^

It is the opposite of baseless

And yet not a single report of who the medical examiner’s boss is? Just a baseless accusation?

I heard the medical examiner’s boss’ boss gave money to Bill Clinton

It’s baseless because it’s a closed case ...meaning, those above bases...have been looked at

Yeah, that's odd. Joking about it with Imus was very odd. Some of the autopsy conclusions were also questionable, but not beyond plausibility.

Scarborough was in DC at the time. He had already announced he was resigning from Congress. If for some reason this was a Scarborough connected murder, surely it would have been done somewhere other than his office.

Those are some massive wounds. No way in hell she got those from hitting her head on a desk.

She was hit in the face once, then on top of the head with something really solid, then her skull was crushed while lying on the floor.

Joe may not have killed her, but he sure as hell knows who did.

He's a giant pile of monkey shite either way.

a [b]fist-sized[//b] hematoma at the left temple

Strange description, no?

Fists vary in size. Why was the description not of something that's universally consistent in size, like a baseball?

"Fist-sized" seems very, very implied.

I've hit my head before from a fall. It did not even come close to resulting in a 7.5 inch split. It did not result in skull fractures. This intern would have had to been spider-man crawling on a 10 foot ceiling and fallen, to produce injuries like that.

We're not stupid. Our tax dollars pay for slush funds to cover up stuff like this. It's disgusting.

It’s not odd that Joe called the TV station before the cops called her parents ....i can imagine my boss would do the same....electeds are narcissists, they try to control the narrative.

I’d be more suspect if he called w/n minutes of them finding her body

Would have been the District 1 Medical Examainer in Pensacola, right? Should be an easy search of the Dist 1 HQ ME's office and political contributions.

It was minutes. 90 minutes.

Barely enough time to come up with a dumbass lie to spread around the media.
