It doesn't happen often, but I was able to snap up 15 lb of this deliciousness a couple weeks back at Safeway

Just bought a whole cow. No hormones, all grass fed. No anti biopics because herd is isolated.
The daughter this rancher was gettin ill with allergies. All related to crap they injected in these cattle. Dad stopped the poison and created a herd without the science.
The only problem I have. Grown daughter saw my shirt and proudly announced her son signed with Bama. My response….wrong side of the state.

Trumps authorization of cattle ranchers to process their own meat to break the monopoly of the few big meat processors already is doing some good.

Rouse's had whole chuck rolls on sale around July 4th for cheap as hell. I got them all cut into steaks with trimmings in to stew meat. Have been great. Poor man's ribeye.

Yes they are excellent. I have really been enjoying some beef cheeks. They are EXCELLENT!!
