And let’s finally get the SCOTUS to settle the true meaning of this amendment.
You want to also solve illegal immigration get a ruling that an illegal’s offspring isn’t a citizen simply because their mothers popped a squat on the northern side of the border.

Um..it is settled. It's a constitutional amendement.

I think Plyer vs Doe should be reargued.
Citizens are forced to send their kids to their specific school district or forced to send their kids to other school districts. But an illegal can't be asked any questions about their immigration status, and don't have to provide any documentation and a school has to accept them.
