That is the problem. By arresting immigrants in the courtroom you are actually making it harder for law enforcement to do their job.
Sure, but sanctuary cities have a history of releasing convicted illegal aliens who then go and kill, rape and rob more citizens. If the cities would do their duty and protect its citizens from criminals, the Feds wouldn't have to go to this measure to protect them.
This this and this. I love how the first post starts at point b, the arrest at the courthouse. Had you started at point a, the fact you would not hand the criminal over in the first place.....there would be no need to arrest them in the courthouse.
As a sidenote, it is better for the community and the safety of the ICE officers to arrest them there than in the community at large, but who cares about citizens when illegals are involved.

Some days I am truly amazed at how Bill Barr has turned out like he has as AG for Donald Trump. He's so unbelievably based.
When his name first popped up a year ago, I though he's a retread from the first Bush administration and a lot of people including me honestly thought he was going to be as mush as Jeff Sessions but damn did he deliver in the past year. His work in shutting down the Mueller witch hunt was nothing short of masterful given how he outfoxed Mueller.
Barr has truly surprised people on both sides of the aisle, for better or worse.

I loved his speech about the legislative branch abandoning their mission to attack the executive at the cost of the country.
Also his comments about society abandoning the religion on which the country was formed, something Washington had warned about centuries ago.

Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.

Why does he hate newly imported Democrats so much?

And now lets see how the board actually feels about states rights.
Remember how you were the defender of Kim Davis, the county clerk who refused to issue marriage licenses to gay couples when it violated her religious values?
Yeah, what I thought... neither does Pepperidge Farms.
