This is huge. Comey was under the impression the Clinton Campaign had put pressure on the DOJ to sweep this under the rug and immediately he announced that no charges would be pending. Then when it turns out the deal had not been made he starts investigating again?

Does not look good for Comey.

For me it covers everybody but Comey. I understand your points, but it seems like it suggests Comey participated in the coverup, by stopping an investigation because of a deal/promise to protect Hillary. Maybe I am reading and understanding this incorrectly.

I only wonder how long it took them to create this? This was slowly leaked out about an 'email' that was bragged about that Lynch was going to make sure HRC's mess was covered-up.

No fake document in July prohibited the FBI from convening a grand jury earlier - no subpoenas - or not seizing evidence, or granting immunity in bushel baskets, or all the rest leading up to Comey's BS pronouncement that no charges were warranted.

Clinton - apparently had NO frickING IDEA that letting her personal attorneys have access to her State Department e-mails would be -- the greatest security breach in the history of the State Department.

1) 3/10/15 Clinton admits at a NEWS CONFERENCE that that her personal attorneys viewed her state department e-mails:

"We went through a thorough process to identify all of my work- related emails and deliver them to the State Department.”

2) Under oath adamantly maintains that her attorneys viewed her emails:

“CLINTON: I know that because there was an exhaustive search done under the supervision of my attorneys, and that is exactly the outcome. We turned over every work related email, in fact, as somebody referred to earlier, we turned over too many.”

3) Director Comey confirms the attorneys were not authorized to view them:

“Did Hillary Clinton give non-cleared people access to classified information?” Chaffetz asked.

“Yes,” Comey replied.

Though the FBI director could not say exactly how many “non-cleared” people had access to that classified information, Comey did estimate it was between two and 10."

Both Chaffetz and Jordan questioned whether Clinton’s lawyers had security clearances and were exposed to that classified information when they were sorting through the emails that would later be turned over to the State Department.

To cover up the claim that Lynch assured DWS that the investigation into Hillary would result in no charges, Comey publicly became the grand jury, judge, jury, and district attorney, and then did exactly what Lynch assured DWS would happen, nothing.

And this is now th fault of the Russians?
