I would say that everything being the same, and Iran has no enriched uranium, Iran is subject to an inspection regime with teeth, and Iran is not funding Houthis, Hamas, and Hezbollah is a hell of a lot better than JCPOA.

That amounts to wishful thinking without regime change.
And everything isn’t the same, though. It’s costs plenty ($$, equipment, lives, credibility, political capital).
This also assumes they could never obtain more uranium in the future. Whatever we’ve been told about the destruction of their nuclear capabilities has been put under suspicion.
