Iran's proposal includes:

- Straight of Hormuz is opened and fee collection temporarily paused.

- Reparations to Iran.

- Iran limits enrichment to 3.6% for 10 years.

- Iran dilutes current stockpile to 20%.

- US removes sanctions from Iran.

so the "deal" is for Iran to be better off than they were before the war?

What kind of bone-head would accept this?

If this actually Iran’s proposal, Natanz, Fordo, and Isfahan have been made inoperable or close to it IMO.

A signature for a deal worse than the JCPOA would indicate the US lost the war.

Besides the sunset clauses, it was not as bad as it was represented to be.

ODS will never let many say this out loud, even if we end up with a worse deal following this war.
