Honest question… for someone hearing about this for the first time right now (ie me), how can we tell if the original was fake or if the axioms fact check is fake?

There are at least 2 corrections/retractions - Axios, and the Oregon journalism project.

Why would she have a bad evening? She lied and called an America hating Muslim an amazing public servant who she stands beside. She still stands beside her and she didn't lose a single voter so why exactly would she care if the facts make her look like a bloviating buffoon?
