Listen Mack, I’m with you here, these old folks had a good run. Heck they got to have unprotected sex in the back of a classic mustang gt at the local drive-in, get really good, clean acid before it was illegal. It's an evolving situation and people mistype/mispeak.
It is mainly the very old and sick who are succumbing to this.
This shouldn't be surprising - it happened after Hurricane Katrina when all those elderly folks had to evacuate.
Remember that body count that was racking up at the Superdome? That one guy jumped/was pushed/fell and then the next dozen or so were nursing home evacuees.

A lot of the Germans are weak from the radiation they got in their systems at a young age, after they bombed Pearl Harbor.
