RIP Journalism.

quote:

Jeffrey Goldberg, Editor-in-Chief for The Atlantic, confessed that the central claim in his publication’s reprehensible hit piece on the President could very well be false.

The Atlantic column starts off with a claim that the President did not want to visit the Aisne-Marne American Cemetery near Paris in 2018, because “his hair would become disheveled in the rain” and that “he did not believe it important to honor American war dead.”

Remember – this is the lede to the piece and sets up every other argument throughout. That Trump despises the military and veterans, and referred to them as “suckers” and “losers.”

Goldberg admits that his four, off-the-record, anonymous sources may not have been correct and that the visit was indeed called off due to weather.

When presented with an excerpt from former national security adviser John Bolton’s book which details how the weather was the cause for cancellation of the visit to the cemetery, not a decision by POTUS over his hair, Goldberg conceded, “I’m sure all of those things are true.”

What did Joe Biden know and when did he know it. Did his campaign arrange this story. Serious questions need to be asked.

The strategy since Trump came around is release a damning story, get all the headlines, then quietly backtrack later.

They know exactly what they're doing and this was done on purpose. They know their target demographics won't see, nor will be interested in, a retraction/revision.

They do this knowing full well they can push a fake story while quietly admitting it's bullshite.

Start with Steve Jobs widow. That bitch owns the Atlantic and regularly communicates with its editor over content. She is a mega-Biden donor.

Time to start suing these people and putting them in jail. “Freedom of the Press” needs to be re-evaluated.

Sure.

It's only the topic of every media outlet and all over social media.

But sure. Zero traction.

The Biden campaign should be 100% forced, under penalty of law, to issue a public retraction of statement in campaign advertisement form... along with an apology.

I mean, in a just world not completely bereft of honor, it could happen. But, yeah, no.
