I've been consistent with my views on this issue, but I do find myself becoming a lot angrier with the federal government and lib/prog pukes in particular. Their "poor dreamers" bullshite is nauseating.

I think they should get a 6 month window to apply for citizenship like all other immigrants IF they were born here...I'll tell you why
Imagine your daughter falling in love with another person born in America and they have a child..and they are married...do you want him dragged out of the country?
Of course I want illegal activity punished and a tatoo'd up MS13 member thrown out immediately..
But how do we help the exceptions? It's not like there's a vacant home waiting for them to move back to Mexico

It's a mess, but obviously, those with felonies should be trucked out tonight!

I don't mind some type of registration. Higher tax rate to employ. Zero tolerance after x date

Same here. Initially I was wanting to take care of daca. Not with amnesty, but with an eventual path to citizenship for those that kept their head down and worked hard.

Then democrats opted to hold our country hostage over daca. Dems have sunk to a new low when they forced our government to shutdown.. sacrificing our military and sick kids for daca.


Now I'm right there with ya. Round them up, get them the frick out of our country.

If they were born here, they're already citizens and this doesn't apply to them.

Two different terms

Dreamers are 3.6 million
Daca is 800000

Daca is made up of dreamers who filled. For deferred action

The democratic want the dreamers protected when daca deal is done

They also will want the dreamers families to be able for o stay. So in reality we are talking about 10 million people

If they were born here the are ALREADY U.S. CITIZENS.

For the love of God please at least have a somewhat informed opinion or just STFU.

I like the idea of letting them stay, but no right to vote. (I'd really just like to see the dems reaction to that idea.) After all, that is really all the dems care about anyway....) or, they can earn the right to vote by paying for and going through the citizenship process...

this always sours the givers, I know plenty of times I've gone that extra mile to be nice and generous and try and help someone, only to be hit up by that same person for more and more. When people see generosity as weakness and try to take advantage it completely backfires the relationship. I see the same dynamic at play here, the Dems want to act as if regular folk aren't compassionate enough. They are on the losing end.

Sift through em'. Anyone being a Member of Antifa (Terrorist Organization) goes over the fence asap. Felony - plead down to Misdemeanor - over the fence. No work/serial Welfare...warning to get right or loss of benefits. Gang member/tats...OTF. Record of an illegal vote...OTF. Etc.

Green Cards for the good ones.

A lot are not kids. We know the Dems plan on the votes, to vote their "fundamental transformation" into a pure Democracy. Two wolves and a sheep voting on what's for dinner.

Well sort of...

Whether Children of Illegals born in the US are citizens has not actually been adjudicated by the Supreme court.

The Fourteenth Amendment and Supreme Court Precedent

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside.”


That clause can and has been interpreted in different ways.

For example right now children born in the US to diplomats are NOT granted Citizenship.

Not too long ago Indians born on Reservations were not granted citizenship

It is entirely possible that congress could pass a bill that outlines that children of illegal immigrants are not American Citizens but are citizens of their parents home country.

Then someone would have to file suit in court and have SCOTUS rule on it.
