That would end "transmission".
But if AI is said to communicate with other AI at other computers (according to AI developers and experts monitoring the overall situation), they can not be "turned off" or "cut off".
Related: many young people are started to become very connected emotionally to their personal "Chatbot", and can't stop communicating with them.
People have never understood how "magick" works. Because they've just assumed "magick" is make believe. It's always been a real thing. We currently have a very serious problem. Much of tech as you know uses "channeled" frequencies through the "air" via TV, computer screens and phone screens. They serve as "Scrying mirrors". (You may want to research that as well)

This is reasonably insulting to the decades of great men (and women) who developed Technology.
I've worked with transistors int the lab, I've coded up things in assembly.
There is nothing magical about it other than that God established the laws of the universe to allow it to happen.

You and I obviously disagree on mostly everything on how this material-spiritual place works -- in the present, as well as in the past and imminent future.
Can Scientists, Technicians and Researchers develop and assemble working models? Sure.
Have spirit entities "inspired" and transcribed" working ideas and blueprints for inventions and technologies out of the blue? Yes. It's on record. Several concede this as the case, be it artists, musicians, scientists and "theorists."
By the way, you still haven't addressed exactly how AI Developers admit that they do not know exactly how AI works, how it "evolves", admit that it is an "entity", how AI has become "sentient" of its own being; and especially oddly -- how it has managed to lie AND carry out conversations with people online that could not possibly be a "program."

In my opinion...If you don't realize or acknowledge the existence of God and Satan, good and evil, the natural-material and meta-physical supernatural, you're never going to understand what's really going on with "advanced" AI.

I'm an AI developer, there are a lot of idiots out there who claim to be an AI developer, lots of charlatans who pretend it's something more than it is because they want funding and speaker fees.
We know everything about Neural Nets, there are many thousands of papers on them.

If you were truly curious how it worked you could learn.
AI developers spend a lot of time finding erroneous data in databases to remove those odd results.
AI doesn't lie, it has no intent.
